To operate, the external refrigeration unit is connected and powered separately. The freezer's electronic regulator is set to the desired temperature within the -22 to -18 °C range. Once running, the system automatically cycles through cooling and defrost phases, using electric heaters to melt frost build-up without manual intervention. The digital display shows the current temperature, while the mechanical expansion valve modulates refrigerant flow to maintain stability. Shelves, adjustable in height and angle, are loaded with products, and the LED lighting illuminates the display area, enhancing visibility for customers.

Ecological polyurethane foam insulation minimises energy loss, and electronically switched fans reduce power consumption. Four plasticised mesh shelves provide flexible storage, and a basic shelf supports heavier items. The siphoned condensate drain with a 40 mm connecting pipe directs melted frost away from the cabinet.

The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement corresponds to a standard single-phase circuit, suitable for commercial electrical setups. The 1.262 kW power rating indicates the load the external refrigeration unit places on the supply. The freezer's 2342 mm width, 980 mm depth, and 2100 mm height, plus an additional 10 mm, determine its footprint in a supermarket layout, requiring space for both the cabinet and the remote unit.

Cleaning involves wiping down the coated steel and aluminium surfaces with mild detergent, avoiding abrasive materials that could damage the finish. The plasticised mesh shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the condensate drain should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear. The LED lighting, available in pastry white or pink, requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

This model is designed for remote operation, meaning it must be paired with an external refrigeration unit. The refrigerant system is compatible with R448 A, R449 A, R450 A, R407F, R404 A, and R507 agents, allowing flexibility in installation and servicing.
