A remote supermarket freezer showcase keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining stable low temperatures. The external refrigeration unit draws heat from the air inside the cabinet, passing it through a refrigerant that circulates in a closed loop. As the refrigerant evaporates, it absorbs heat from the cabinet, then condenses outside, releasing the heat into the surrounding air. This continuous cycle keeps the interior at the required temperature without the noise and heat of an internal compressor.

The operator loads the shelves from the front, sliding the glass covers to one side. The electronic regulator is set to the desired temperature, typically between -22 °C and -18 °C, and the digital display confirms the setting. The ventilated cooling system distributes cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots and ensuring uniform product temperature. Automatic defrost cycles activate at intervals, melting any ice build-up with electric heaters and draining the condensate through a siphoned pipe. Two thermometers inside the cabinet allow constant monitoring of the temperature without opening the doors.

The showcase is constructed with a stainless steel base plinth and a floor seal to prevent moisture ingress. The front top panel is made of coated aluminium profile, while the front bottom panel is coated steel, both available in various colours. The upper part of the counter features a low-emission folding door system with triple glazing, and the lower part has a quadruple-glazed front pane with screen printing. Sliding glass covers seal the top of the cabinet when closed, and three-level plasticised mesh shelves with adjustable suspension heights allow flexible product arrangement. A base shelf provides additional storage or display space.

The 5.06 kW power rating indicates the load the unit places on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated 230 V circuit. The 3750 mm length, 1115 mm width and 2240 mm height, plus an additional 15 mm, determine the floor space needed and how the unit fits into the shop layout. Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels, shelves and interior surfaces with a mild detergent. The condensate drain pipe should be checked periodically to ensure it remains clear and properly siphoned. The LED lighting system requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting, and the automatic defrost function reduces manual upkeep.

The showcase is available with front panels in various colours and price sheets to match the shop's branding. The refrigerant system is compatible with R448 A, R449 A, R450 A, R407F, R404 A and R507 agents, allowing flexibility in servicing and maintenance.
