The LOTUS LAA-68 fits into a right-angled alcove, providing a continuous work surface that wraps around the corner. This layout keeps ingredients, tools and utensils within arm's reach while freeing the centre of the kitchen for larger equipment. The integrated sink allows washing, rinsing and draining without moving away from the work area, reducing cross-traffic and saving steps during service.

The worktop is built as a single stainless steel unit: a 1 mm thick sheet with rounded edges forms the top, while a cabinet below offers enclosed storage. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of surface water. A locking system secures the feet once the unit is positioned, preventing accidental movement during use. The satin finish diffuses light, reducing glare under kitchen lighting and hiding minor scratches that accumulate in daily use.

To use the LAA-68, position it in the corner and adjust the feet until the worktop is level. Secure the locking system. The sink is ready for water supply and waste connections; once these are made, the tap can be fitted. The cabinet doors open to reveal storage space for pots, pans, cleaning supplies or small appliances. The worktop itself holds prep boards, bowls and ingredients, while the sink handles washing, soaking and draining.

Construction is 18/10 AISI 304 chromium-nickel stainless steel throughout. The worktop, cabinet and sink are all the same material, ensuring uniform corrosion resistance and hygiene. Chrome-plated components appear on handles and hinges, providing contrast and wear resistance. The 800 mm by 600 mm footprint fits standard corner dimensions, while the 900 mm height matches typical worktop levels in professional kitchens. The 50 kg weight allows two people to move the unit into place without machinery.

Cleaning follows from the materials and finish. Stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The satin finish does not trap grease or food particles, so daily wiping removes most residues. The rounded edges prevent dirt from collecting in corners, and the absence of seams around the sink reduces areas where bacteria can lodge. The cabinet interior can be wiped down weekly, and the adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure they remain locked and level.
