Professional electric range with 2 cast iron hotplates and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures long service life, even heat distribution and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range combines a hob for direct cooking with a neutral cabinet beneath, giving a compact workstation that heats, holds and stores in one footprint. The hob uses electric elements under cast iron hotplates to transfer heat evenly into pots and pans. A temperature limiter prevents overheating, while a seven-position switch lets the chef set the exact level for simmering, boiling or searing. The neutral cabinet below keeps serving dishes, utensils or ingredients at hand without adding heat to the kitchen. The sequence begins by plugging the range into a 400 V three-phase supply. The stainless-steel feet let you align the range flush with adjacent counters even when the kitchen slab slopes. The chef loads pots onto the hotplates, sets the switch to the desired position and waits for the indicator light to show the plate has reached temperature. Once cooking is complete, the hotplates cool gradually, and the cabinet remains ready for the next task. The front control panel lifts away to expose all serviceable parts, so maintenance is done without moving the unit. The body is built from 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish that resists scratches and fingerprints. Rounded edges and chrome-plated components reduce sharp corners and improve hygiene. IPX5-rated control knobs withstand splashes and steam, while the pot support grate keeps vessels stable during vigorous stirring or frying. The unit is supplied without doors, leaving the cabinet open for easy access. A 5.2 kW power rating means the range draws a steady load on a three-phase circuit, suitable for commercial kitchens with dedicated supplies. The 400 mm depth, 705 mm width and 900 mm height fit into standard worktop runs, while the 42 kg weight allows two people to reposition it without a trolley. An optional 440 V three-phase variant is available for sites with non-standard electrical grids. Cleaning follows the stainless steel construction: warm water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth remove grease and food debris. The control panel and hotplates are wiped down after each service, and the pot support grate lifts out for thorough scrubbing. The adjustable feet are checked periodically to ensure the unit remains level and stable.
