Drop-in electric hob for ships LOTUS 26030832X

The LOTUS PCCD-68ETX is a professional electric boiling hob designed for marine kitchens. It is part of the electric cooktops DROP-IN for ships category.

This hob operates using radiant heat elements beneath a ceramic glass surface. These elements heat up and transfer thermal energy directly to the cooking vessel. The ceramic glass provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that withstands high temperatures. Warning lights indicate when the surface remains hot after use, a safety feature.

To use the hob, pots are placed directly onto the ceramic glass cooking zones. A temperature limiter is incorporated for safety. Rolling racks are included to secure pots in place, preventing movement during transit, particularly relevant for marine applications.

Construction features CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 grade Stainless Steel with a Scotch-Brite Satin polish finish. It has a 2 mm thick worktop and chromed details. The hob incorporates ceramic glass tops with radiant heat hot plates.

The 10 kW power rating indicates the maximum electrical load. The dimensions are 800 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and 50 mm in height. Operating on a 400 V supply with 3 phases, this hob requires a specific electrical connection. The weight is 40 kg.

Cleaning involves wiping the ceramic glass surface and stainless steel body. The hob includes a fixing system for secure installation and rolling racks to block pots.
