A display freezer keeps frozen goods visible while maintaining safe storage temperatures. Inside the cabinet, a fan-driven evaporator circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots and ensuring consistent freezing throughout the 340 L interior. The refrigerant, R290, absorbs heat from the air as it evaporates, then releases that heat outside the cabinet through a condenser coil, completing the cycle without ozone-depleting chemicals.

To load the freezer, the operator unlocks the single hinged glass door, places products on the four adjustable wire shelves, and closes the door. The heated glass prevents condensation from forming, so customers can see the stock clearly. LED lighting inside highlights the products, drawing attention without adding heat. The electronic thermostat with digital display lets the operator set and monitor the temperature between -24 °C and -10 °C, adjusting as needed for different frozen items. Automatic defrosting reduces manual maintenance by periodically melting frost from the evaporator.

The cabinet is finished in black and stands on adjustable legs with rear castors, allowing it to be positioned on uneven floors and moved easily. A lock on the door secures the contents. The 0.3 kW power rating indicates the load it places on the electrical circuit, while the 220-240 V, 50 Hz voltage matches standard UK commercial supplies. Cleaning involves wiping the interior surfaces, wire shelves and glass door with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The automatic defrost function reduces the need for manual defrosting, but the evaporator and condenser coils should be checked periodically for dust accumulation to maintain efficiency. The LED lighting does not generate heat, so it does not affect the cooling performance or require frequent replacement.
