To use the showcase, ice cream is placed in containers within the exhibition area. The temperature can be set between -20 °C and -10 °C using the electronic temperature regulator, which features a digital display. An electronic temperature recorder, supplied with software, logs the temperature data. The unit also includes an alarm for condenser impurity or fan malfunction.
The construction features external glass elements made from combined glass with argon filling, offering insulation. These glass elements have screen printing available in black, white, or grey RAL7042. The front panel is made of wooden melamine and can be supplied in various colours. The work surface and the exhibition area are constructed from stainless steel. The exhibition area is configured to accommodate containers measuring 165 mm by 360 mm. The main body and base are made of coated steel, also available in different colours. For overnight protection, manual night roller blinds are fitted. Illumination is provided by LED lighting integrated into the top and front frame.
The showcase has an automatic condenser evaporation system. The overall dimensions are 1400 mm in length, 845 mm in width, and 1200 mm in height.
