Showcase cooler 44 l
A static showcase cooler keeps prepared food chilled and visible at the same time. Cold air settles inside the cabinet without a fan, so the temperature stays even and the food is not dried out. The glass front lets customers see the dishes while the cooler maintains a safe holding range between +2 °C and +10 °C. This method is simple, quiet and needs no extra air flow that could disturb light items or toppings.
The operator loads up to seven GN1/4 gastronorm pans directly onto the stainless steel shelf. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and the glass structure protects the food from accidental contact. No fan means no moving parts inside, so the cooler runs almost silently and requires less cleaning than ventilated models.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel, which resists corrosion and wipes clean easily. Two versions are available: one with a stainless steel cover over the glass, the other with the glass panel exposed for maximum visibility. The cooler plugs into a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply, drawing 0.112 kW, so it fits into a typical kitchen circuit without overloading it.
At 1500 mm wide, the unit spans a full worktop length, giving space for seven pans side by side. The 44 L volume holds the pans without crowding, and the 45 kg weight keeps the cooler stable once it is positioned. The temperature range of +2 °C to +10 °C suits holding chilled starters, desserts or plated dishes ready for service.
Cleaning is straightforward: the static design means no fan or ducts to disassemble. The stainless steel interior and shelf wipe down with a damp cloth, and the glass front can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The adjustable feet make it easy to tip the unit for thorough cleaning underneath.
Two variants are offered: one with a stainless steel cover over the glass, the other with the glass panel fully exposed. Both accept the same seven GN1/4 pans and run on the same electrical supply.
