Dishwasher accessory Stalgast 810025

A stainless-steel rack that organises trays and gastronorm containers for batch washing in a commercial dishwasher.

The basket sits inside the dishwasher and provides a rigid grid of slots. Each slot aligns a tray or GN pan so that water jets reach every surface. The grid prevents items from touching, which stops nesting and ensures full coverage during the wash cycle. Because the basket is open on all sides, water drains freely and the load dries faster once the programme ends.

To use, stack up to eleven trays or GN containers no taller than 40 mm into the slots. Slide the loaded basket into the dishwasher rack of model 805025. After the wash, lift the basket out and transfer the clean items to storage or directly to the worktop.

The frame is welded stainless steel, sized 570 mm wide, 620 mm deep and 90 mm high. It fits the internal rack guides of the specified dishwasher without modification.

The 570 × 620 mm footprint matches the dishwasher's usable width, so the basket occupies the full rack space and maximises each wash load. The 90 mm height keeps the basket low enough to clear the dishwasher door when it closes.

After each use, rinse the basket under a tap to remove food debris. For deeper cleaning, run it through the dishwasher on a short programme or soak it in warm detergent solution. Stainless steel resists corrosion, so the basket remains free of rust and staining with regular upkeep.

This basket is a direct replacement for the tray rack supplied with Stalgast dishwasher model 805025.
