| NOTES | The machine uses water flow to cool the compressor. |
I-PRO is the ideal cold beverage machine for bars, amusement parks, motorway restaurants, fast-food outlets, kiosks, restaurants, water parks and many other locations.
Utilizes a water cooling system for better efficiency and lower energy consumption compared to air-cooled units.
A cold beverage dispenser that chills drinks by circulating water around the compressor, avoiding the heat and noise of air-cooled units. The water flow carries away the compressor's heat, keeping the machine cooler and steadier in a busy bar or café. This method also cuts the need for fans, so the dispenser runs quieter and fits more easily into tight spaces where airflow is limited.
The I-PRO 3 holds three separate 11 L tanks, each filled with a different drink. As the compressor chills the water jacket, the tanks cool evenly, and the built-in LED lighting stirs the liquid gently, preventing separation and keeping the texture smooth. The insulated I-Tank bowls slow the warming effect of room temperature, so drinks stay cold longer between servings and the machine uses less power to maintain the set chill.
Operators load the tanks through the top hatches, then set the mechanical dial to either production mode for peak service or night mode to save energy. The machine runs on its own once started, cooling the drinks and keeping them mixed until the tanks are empty. When a customer presses the tap, the drink flows straight from the chilled tank, ready to serve.
The cabinet is finished in black or white and built from stainless steel for easy cleaning. The three taps sit at the front, each with its own drip tray, and the whole unit stands on adjustable feet to level it on uneven floors.
Mechanical controls consist of a single rotary switch that selects the cooling intensity. One position runs the compressor continuously for fast chilling during busy periods, while the other cycles it on and off to reduce power use when demand is lower.
The 1.28 kW power rating means the dispenser draws about the same current as a small commercial fridge, so it can share a circuit with other low-power equipment. The 220-240 V voltage matches the standard UK single-phase supply, avoiding the need for a special outlet. At 81 kg, the unit is heavy enough to stay stable on the worktop but can still be moved by two people with a trolley. The 600 mm width and 580 mm depth fit within a standard worktop footprint, leaving room for other bar equipment alongside.
Cleaning involves emptying the tanks, wiping down the stainless steel surfaces, and rinsing the taps and drip trays. The water-cooling circuit requires a mains water connection and a drain, so the installation must include a tap and waste pipe within reach of the machine's inlet and outlet hoses.
The I-PRO 3 is offered in black or white finishes. It is listed in the catalogue under cold beverage equipment, alongside other SPM-ICE dispensers and chillers.
