| NOTES | The machine uses water flow to cool the compressor. |
I-PRO is the ideal cold beverage machine for bars, amusement parks, motorway restaurants, fast-food outlets, kiosks, restaurants, water parks and many other locations.
Utilizes a water cooling system for better efficiency and lower energy consumption compared to air-cooled units.
A cold beverage dispenser keeps drinks chilled by circulating refrigerant through a compressor, which removes heat from the liquid. In this water-cooled model, a continuous flow of water carries the compressor's waste heat away, preventing the unit from overheating during long service. The chilled tanks maintain a steady low temperature, so syrups, juices or pre-mixed cocktails stay smooth and refreshing without freezing solid or separating.
Two insulated 11 L tanks sit side by side. Each tank is fitted with a slow-turning agitator that blends the contents gently, keeping fruit pulp suspended and sugar evenly distributed. LED lighting inside the tanks highlights the drink's colour and texture, making the product more appealing on a busy counter.
Operation is mechanical: a simple rotary switch selects between two modes. In production mode the compressor runs continuously, ready for high demand. Night mode reduces cycling, cutting energy use when fewer customers are present. The operator fills the tanks through the top ports, sets the desired mode, and draws chilled drinks from the front taps as needed.
The cabinet is finished in either black or white and measures 400 mm deep, 580 mm wide and 870 mm high. The 70 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or positioned permanently on a sturdy worktop. A 220-240 V single-phase supply powers the compressor and agitators, drawing 0.9 kW under load.
The patented I-Tank insulated bowls minimise heat gain from the room, so the compressor works less and electricity costs stay lower. Because the cooling system relies on mains water flow, the dispenser must be connected to a tap or a dedicated water line to carry away the compressor's heat.
Cleaning follows the tanks' construction. After emptying, the tanks are rinsed with warm water and a mild sanitiser, then wiped with a soft cloth. The agitators lift out for separate cleaning, and the taps are removed and soaked. The water-cooling circuit requires no daily maintenance beyond ensuring the inlet and outlet hoses remain clear.
The I-PRO 2 is listed in the SPM-ICE catalogue under mechanical water-cooled beverage dispensers.
