The SPM-ICE FROSTY 1 holds 12 litres in a single tank. To serve, the operator fills the tank with the prepared drink, closes the lid and switches the unit on. The LED-illuminated lid lights up automatically, drawing attention to the display. A double mixing system circulates the liquid gently, preventing ice or sediment from settling at the bottom. The operator sets the desired temperature using the manual control panel; no programmes or menus are required. When the drink reaches the set temperature, the dispenser maintains it until the tank is empty. A night defrost function runs automatically after hours, melting any frost that has formed on the coil, so the unit is ready for cleaning the next morning.
