A cold beverage machine that produces frozen drinks continuously, keeping them chilled and ready to dispense without interruption. The unit uses a gravity-feed system: the upper tank holds the liquid, which flows into a freezing cylinder where it is rapidly cooled.

The process begins with the drink mixture poured into the 10-litre upper tank. Gravity draws the liquid into the 8-litre freezing cylinder, where an air-cooled refrigeration system lowers the temperature quickly. The refrigerant circulates through the system, removing heat from the mixture and transforming it into a smooth, slush-like consistency. The LED lighting inside the tank illuminates the drink, enhancing its colour and making it more appealing to customers. The machine operates on a standard 220-240 V circuit, drawing 1.0 kW of power to maintain the cooling cycle.

To use the machine, the operator fills the upper tank with the prepared drink mixture, ensuring the correct ratio of liquid to flavouring. The machine is then switched on, and the refrigeration system begins cooling the cylinder. Once the desired temperature is reached, the drink is ready to dispense. The operator can control the flow rate and consistency using the machine's settings, adjusting as needed to suit different types of beverages. The gravity-feed system ensures that the drink remains at a consistent temperature and texture, even when dispensing large volumes.

The housing is constructed from stainless steel, providing resistance to corrosion and wear in busy environments. The air-cooled refrigeration system uses R452 refrigerant, which balances performance with environmental considerations.
