A professional coffee machine that prepares two beverages at once, each from a separate bean hopper and grinder. The Unity 1 IN uses two independent brewing systems so that two types of coffee beans can be loaded and brewed simultaneously, preserving their distinct flavours. Hot water is forced through the coffee grounds under controlled pressure, extracting the oils and aromas that define the drink. The machine's dual-spout design allows baristas to serve two customers in the same time it would take to make one, doubling throughput without sacrificing quality.
To operate, the barista loads each 1 kg bean hopper with a different coffee, fills the fresh-milk system, and primes the water supply. The touchscreen prompts for drink selection, and the machine grinds, doses and brews each side independently. Temperature and extraction time are adjustable per side, so one spout can deliver a short espresso while the other dispenses a longer americano. Once the drinks are poured, the machine holds the settings for the next order, ready to repeat the cycle.
The Unity 1 IN is built on a stainless-steel chassis clad in powder-coated panels. Two ceramic burr grinders, two ingredient canisters and a professional-grade milk frother are all contained within a footprint of 360 mm deep, 580 mm wide and 660 mm high. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement matches a standard UK single-phase circuit, and the 61 kg weight ensures the unit stays stable on the counter without anchoring.
Cleaning is automated: insert a cleaning tablet, follow the on-screen prompts, and the internal water circuits and group heads are flushed without disassembly. The bean hoppers and grinders are accessible from the top for quick refilling or bean changes.
The Unity 1 IN is a single model; no variants are listed.
The machine is categorised under professional coffee equipment, specifically twin-spout espresso systems.
