A rotational pump ensures quiet operation and steady pressure, even during high demand, while an integrated pre-infusion chamber enhances flavour extraction by gently saturating the coffee grounds before full pressure is applied.

Operation begins with selecting the desired temperature via the control knob or digital display, which also shows boiler temperature and shot count. The brew group accommodates standard or taller takeaway cups, and the machine's separate hot water spout allows tea preparation or cup warming without interrupting espresso service. The steam wand, featuring Cool Touch technology, remains safe to handle during use, reducing burn risk and simplifying cleaning. An automatic group cleaning cycle runs at set intervals, maintaining hygiene and prolonging the brew group's lifespan.

The machine's housing is constructed with customisable panels, available in various colours, stainless steel, or wood-look finishes.
