The CREMINTERNATIONAL EX3 3 gr Display TA is a professional coffee machine designed for demanding environments. Its construction features a stainless steel housing, with options for body covers in wood look or brushed stainless steel, and housing parts available in various colours. This machine operates using a principle common to commercial espresso machines. Water is heated in a large boiler to create steam and hot water for extraction and frothing. The brewing groups are where the coffee grounds are placed in portafilters. Hot water is then passed through the grounds under pressure to extract the espresso. The EX3 3 gr Display TA has a 17.5-litre boiler, providing ample capacity for continuous operation. It includes a separate hot water spout for beverages like Americanos or tea, and a steam wand with Cool Touch technology to prevent accidental burns. The machine is powered by a rotational water pump and connects to a 230 V supply, with a power consumption of 4350 W. Operation and monitoring are facilitated by a display that shows the boiler temperature and a shot counter. Temperature control is managed by a PID system, maintaining precise heat for consistent espresso quality. The boiler pressure is regulated between 0.8 and 1.1 bar. For daily upkeep, an automatic group cleaning cycle is included. Control is managed via control knobs or the display interface. Various configurations are available, including Standard or TA versions, and different brew group heights to accommodate standard or tall cups. Further customisation options include a standard or double pressure gauge, and choices for the colour of knobs, levers, and portafilters (white, black, or wood look). Barista lights are also integrated. The power rating of 4.35 kW indicates the electrical load the machine places on the supply. The dimensions are 990 mm in length, 575 mm in width, and 465 mm in height. The 74 kg weight signifies its substantial build. This model is listed in the catalogue for EX3 CREM EXPOBAR equipment.
