A rotational water pump maintains stable pressure, even during high demand, while its direct water supply connection eliminates the need for manual refilling during service.

The machine heats water in a 6-litre boiler, providing simultaneous capacity for espresso brewing, steam production, and hot water dispensing. This allows baristas to prepare milk-based drinks like cappuccinos and lattes without delay, while a separate hot water spout enables tea service or cup warming without interrupting coffee production. Steam is generated at a controlled pressure, ensuring consistent texture for milk frothing. The steam wand features Cool Touch technology, remaining safe to handle even after prolonged use, reducing burn risk and simplifying cleaning.

Operation is guided by a PID-controlled display that shows boiler temperature and shot count, allowing precise adjustments for different coffee profiles.
