An ice cream display freezer keeps frozen desserts at serving hardness while showing every colour and swirl through a clear lid. Static cooling circulates cold air without a fan, so the temperature stays even from front to back and top to bottom. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabinet and releases it at the back, lowering the inside temperature to the set point. Because there are no moving parts inside, the unit runs quietly and needs less maintenance than a fan-assisted model.

To use the freezer, plug it into a 220-240 V supply and set the thermostat between -6 °C and -25 °C. Once the temperature stabilises, slide the curved lids open and load the four heavy-duty wire baskets. Each basket has two dividers, so eight separate compartments can be organised by flavour or product line. The transparent lids let customers see the stock without opening the cabinet, reducing frost build-up and keeping the ice cream at the right texture. When restocking or cleaning, the lids slide shut and the whole unit can be rolled away on its four wheels.

The cabinet is built from coated white steel, inside and out, with rounded corners that prevent dirt traps and make wiping down easier. The refrigerant is R290a, a hydrocarbon that cools efficiently while having a low environmental impact. A daily energy consumption of 1.21 kWh reflects the static cooling method and the insulation thickness, balancing running costs against the need to hold stock at a constant low temperature.

The 94 L volume gives space for approximately forty standard 2 L tubs, arranged in four baskets. At 48 kg, the freezer is light enough for one person to move when empty, and the wheels allow repositioning even when fully loaded. The footprint of 585 mm wide by 865 mm deep fits through standard kitchen doorways and leaves room for a worktop or counter alongside.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The wire baskets and dividers can be lifted out and washed separately. The sliding lids should be cleaned regularly to keep them clear and easy to operate.

The IC155D is supplied with four heavy-duty wire baskets, each with two dividers. The curved transparent lids are integrated into the design, and the unit is ready for branding with a company logo or promotional graphics.
