Two-door refrigerator with hinged doors and 600 mm deep shelves. Temperature range: –1 °C to +5 °C.
A refrigerated showcase keeps perishable goods chilled while displaying them under bright, even lighting. The unit circulates cold air from a compressor-driven evaporator coil through a sealed cabinet, maintaining a steady low temperature that slows bacterial growth and preserves freshness. The glass front and internal lighting let customers view products without opening the doors, reducing temperature fluctuations and energy waste.
The MDCB1250HB is loaded from the front: the operator opens the hinged glass doors, slides the adjustable metal shelves to the desired angle, and arranges chilled goods. A digital controller on the top panel sets the target temperature between -1 °C and +5 °C; Bluetooth and NFC connections allow remote monitoring and HACCP data export. Once the doors are closed, the showcase maintains the set point automatically, cycling the variable-speed compressor and LED lighting as needed.
The cabinet is built from 40 mm thick insulated side panels with mirrored interiors, stainless-steel protective buffers, and five deep metal shelves measuring 1250 mm by 600 mm. Each shelf can be tilted at 10° or 20° for better product presentation. The unit's footprint is 1330 mm wide, 1005 mm deep and 2400 mm high, giving a total volume of 1095 litres. A net weight of 337 kg requires a sturdy floor and a trolley for positioning.
The 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply draws 0.807 kW, suitable for a single-phase circuit commonly found in professional kitchens and retail spaces. The R290 refrigerant charge of 120 g is low-GWP, contributing to the B energy-efficiency rating. Multiple showcases can be linked in a continuous line for larger displays.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass doors, metal shelves and stainless-steel buffers with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The mirrored interior and LED lighting strips should be dusted regularly to maintain brightness. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the digital controller's Bluetooth function simplifies temperature logging without opening the cabinet.
The MDCB1250HB is supplied with price rails and acrylic product retainers. It is classified as temperature class 3M1, making it suitable for dairy, pre-packaged meats, beverages and fresh produce.
