A variable-speed compressor circulates refrigerant through a hidden evaporator coil, while a fan distributes cooled air evenly throughout the cabinet. This ensures consistent temperatures across all shelves, so every drink is chilled uniformly from the first to the last serving.

The unit features double-glazed doors that can be reversed to open from either side, accommodating different bar layouts. Six wire shelves adjust to fit 330 ml cans, 500 ml cans, or bottles up to 500 ml. An electronic thermostat keeps the interior between +2 °C and +10 °C, while an LED light illuminates the contents without generating heat, ensuring visibility even in low-light settings.

Measuring 1350 mm wide, 520 mm deep, and 870 mm high, the cooler fits neatly beneath most backbar counters. Four adjustable feet allow for levelling on uneven floors. The exterior and interior surfaces are designed for easy cleaning, resisting condensation and fingerprints. Shelves and door seals can be removed for weekly maintenance, while the evaporator coil and fan assembly are accessible from the rear for quarterly dusting to sustain efficiency.

With a 0.125 kW compressor, the cooler operates on a standard 220-240 V single-phase circuit. Its 278 L capacity accommodates up to 380 × 330 ml cans or 218 × 500 ml bottles, making it suitable for storing popular drink sizes in bulk. Weighing 88 kg, the unit remains stable on the floor but can still be repositioned by two people during bar reorganisation.
