Stock is loaded onto the shelves, the temperature set between +2 °C and +10 °C, and the door closed. The self-closing mechanism secures the seal without manual effort. The unit operates automatically, drawing power from a standard circuit. Adjustable legs allow levelling on uneven floors, while the stainless steel interior improves visibility in low lighting.
