A backbar cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks chilled for immediate service behind a bar. It draws heat from the stored items with a refrigeration circuit that circulates a low-pressure gas. The gas absorbs warmth inside the cabinet, then releases it outside through a condenser coil. A fan spreads the cooled air evenly across every shelf, so every bottle or can reaches the same temperature without manual rotation.

The operator loads the drinks onto the chrome wire shelves, sets the electronic thermostat to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C, and closes the double-glazed doors. The cooler maintains the set point continuously, while the interior LED light illuminates the contents whenever the doors open. Reversible glass doors allow the unit to open left or right, fitting the available space without blocking the bar workflow.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel and aluminium, with six adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves.
