The cooling system removes heat from inside the cabinet and releases it at the back, ensuring a stable environment that protects wine flavour and ageing. Static cooling gently circulates air, preventing vibration that could unsettle sediment in mature wines. The glass door shields the interior from ambient warmth, while LED lighting highlights bottles without adding heat to the storage space.

To operate the SV81X, connect it to a suitable power supply and allow it to reach the default temperature. Arrange bottles horizontally on the beech wood shelves, ensuring space for air to flow between them. Adjust the temperature using the digital panel, with a range from 5 °C to 18 °C. The LED lighting activates automatically when the door opens, enhancing visibility of the collection. A single-zone design ensures all shelves share the same climate, so bottles age uniformly.

The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior and a reversible black frameless glass door, allowing flexible placement. Inside, five pull-out beech wood shelves and one fixed presentation shelf accommodate up to 46 standard 75 cl bottles. The static anti-vibration cooling system operates quietly, safeguarding wine from movement that could affect quality over time.

The digital control panel enables precise temperature adjustments and displays the current setting. LED lighting ensures bottles are clearly visible without generating heat. With a 146 litre capacity and a weight of 44 kg, the unit is compact yet stable.
