Device intended for heating or boiling water
A water boiler of this type supplies a steady flow of hot water without a hob or kettle. The built-in heater warms the water inside the tank, keeping it at the chosen temperature until it is drawn off through the tap. Because the water is stored hot, it is ready the moment the tap is opened, eliminating the wait for a kettle to boil. The process is continuous: as water is used, cold water enters the tank and is heated to the set temperature, maintaining the supply for drinks, cooking, or cleaning.
To operate the boiler, fill the tank through the inlet, plug the unit into a 230 V supply, and set the desired temperature between 30 °C and 100 °C. The power indicator light confirms the heater is active, while the scale indicator light signals when descaling is needed. The liquid level indicator shows how much water remains in the tank. When hot water is required, open the drip-proof tap and draw the water directly into cups, pots, or jugs.
The boiler is constructed from highly polished stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The safety thermostat prevents overheating, shutting off the heater if the temperature exceeds the set range. The drip-proof tap ensures water flows only when opened, reducing spills and waste.
With a 19 litre capacity, the boiler holds enough water for high-demand periods without constant refilling. The 2.6 kW power rating means it draws a moderate load on the electrical circuit, suitable for most commercial kitchens. The compact footprint of 275 mm depth, 460 mm width, and 275 mm height allows it to fit on a worktop or shelf without taking excessive space.
Cleaning involves regular descaling to remove mineral build-up, as indicated by the scale light. The stainless steel exterior can be wiped down with a damp cloth, while the tap should be checked for drips and cleaned to prevent blockages. The tank should be emptied and rinsed periodically to maintain water quality.
The boiler is designed as a standalone unit for general catering use, providing hot water on demand for beverages, food preparation, or cleaning tasks in professional kitchens.
