A commercial upright freezer keeps food safely below freezing point by circulating cold air around the cabinet. The refrigeration unit draws heat out of the air inside, lowering the temperature to the set range. Forced air circulation ensures even cooling across every shelf, preventing warm spots and maintaining consistent storage conditions for perishable goods.

To use the freezer, load food onto the seven adjustable shelves, each sized to hold standard gastronorm trays. Set the desired temperature on the electronic controller, which displays the current reading. The built-in key lock secures the contents when not in use. Manual defrosting removes ice build-up periodically to keep the unit running efficiently.

The cabinet is constructed from powder-coated steel in white, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface. Shelves support up to 8 kg each, allowing organised storage of bulk ingredients or prepared dishes. The silent refrigeration unit operates without disrupting kitchen noise levels.

With a 230 V power requirement, the freezer connects to a standard single-phase supply. Its 775 mm width and 695 mm depth fit into most kitchen layouts, while the 1900 mm height maximises vertical storage space. The 600 L gross volume and 469 L net capacity accommodate large quantities of stock, reducing the need for frequent restocking.

Cleaning involves wiping down the interior and shelves with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive materials that could damage the powder-coated finish. Regular defrosting prevents ice accumulation, which can reduce efficiency and storage space.

This model includes seven shelves, each measuring 655x615 mm, and is designed for manual defrost operation. It is categorised under commercial refrigeration for professional kitchen use.
