This upright freezer uses a refrigeration circuit to extract heat from the chamber and release it externally via a condenser. Cold air circulates continuously through the dynamic cooling system, maintaining a uniform temperature across the entire cabinet. This approach eliminates uneven cooling and preserves frozen goods effectively, supporting food safety standards in commercial kitchens.

The self-closing door, equipped with a profiled handle, opens to reveal an interior illuminated by built-in lighting. Twenty-two guides allow flexible arrangement of shelves or baskets. An electronic control panel with a digital display enables precise temperature adjustment within the -18 °C to -22 °C range. Defrosting can be performed automatically or manually, with the door locking once closed to secure contents.

Constructed from stainless steel both inside and out, the cabinet resists corrosion and simplifies maintenance. A dust filter protects the condenser, while 60 mm insulation minimises heat transfer, enhancing efficiency.
