A non-slip tray creates a steady surface on a busy worktop, preventing hot pans, stacked plates or loose ingredients from sliding when the kitchen is in motion. The textured material grips the base of items without needing a damp cloth or rubber mat, so each tray stays exactly where it is placed until the chef moves it.

Place the tray on any flat section of the worktop. Load it with hot pans straight from the hob, with plates ready for service, or with chopped vegetables and sauces for mise en place. The dark brown colour reduces visible staining from oils and spices, while the low 30 mm rim contains minor spills without obstructing access from any side.

The tray is sized to fit between standard catering equipment: 430 mm front-to-back and 305 mm side-to-side. Its 30 mm height keeps the load close to the worktop, minimising the risk of tipping when heavy items are placed near the edge.

Cleaning follows from the material: wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, or wash in a commercial dishwasher if the tray is removed from the worktop. The non-slip finish is part of the tray itself, so it does not peel or wear away with repeated washing.
