A laminated tray provides a smooth, non-porous surface that keeps food organised and easy to move between workstations. The laminate layer seals the tray, preventing moisture or grease from soaking into the material and making it simple to slide plates, bowls or ingredients without spilling.
The tray is loaded by placing items directly onto its flat surface. It can be carried by hand or placed on a shelf, worktop or transport trolley. Because the laminate resists sticking, food releases cleanly when lifted, reducing waste and speeding up service.
Constructed from a single sheet of laminated board, the tray has no seams or joints where dirt could collect. The edges are square, allowing trays to be stacked neatly when not in use.
The size of 530 by 325 millimetres gives a generous work area while fitting standard shelving and transport racks. Its flat profile means it can be stored vertically or horizontally without taking up unnecessary space.
Cleaning is limited to hand-washing with mild detergent and warm water. The laminate surface must not be exposed to the high temperatures and aggressive detergents of a dishwasher, as these would cause the protective layer to peel or cloud over time.
This is the standard 53 x 32.5 centimetre model, article 414020, from the Stalgast laminated tray range.
