A green square tray organises ingredients, plated dishes or utensils across the worktop without rolling or sliding. The flat base and raised edges create a stable platform that keeps items grouped during preparation, service or transport between stations. Because the tray is shallow, it fits under counters, inside cupboards and on shelves without wasting vertical space, while still holding enough for a single course or a set of tools.

The tray is carried by hand or stacked with others of the same size. When stacked, the edges interlock so that the load stays aligned and does not shift during movement. This stacking ability allows multiple trays to be moved at once, reducing trips between the kitchen and the service area. The green colour provides a visual contrast against stainless steel worktops and white plates, making it easier to spot and retrieve the tray quickly in a busy environment.

To use the tray, the operator places items directly onto the flat surface. For loose ingredients or small containers, the raised rim prevents spills. Once loaded, the tray is lifted by gripping the sides or, for heavier loads, by sliding both hands underneath. After use, the tray is returned to storage or stacked with others until needed again.

The tray is made from a single piece of rigid plastic. The material resists stains, odours and moisture, so it does not absorb food residues or cleaning chemicals. The green pigment is moulded throughout, so the colour does not chip or fade with repeated washing.

Cleaning follows from the smooth, non-porous surface. After emptying, the tray is rinsed under a tap or wiped with a cloth. For deeper cleaning, it is washed in warm water with standard kitchen detergent, then left to air-dry. Because there are no seams, hinges or moving parts, no disassembly is required, and no residue collects in hidden corners.

The tray measures 300 mm by 400 mm, giving a footprint that matches standard worktop depths and fits inside most under-counter cupboards. The size is large enough to hold a full set of plated starters or a collection of mixing bowls, yet small enough to manoeuvre through doorways and tight spaces without tilting or jamming.
