A square blue tray organises ingredients, plated dishes or utensils across the worktop. The tray itself does not heat, cool or process food; it simply holds and transports. Its rigid construction prevents flexing under the weight of filled plates or stacked containers, so liquids stay level and hot food reaches the table without spills.
