A serving tray built to move hot and cold dishes through busy canteen lines without bending or cracking. Polyester resists the knocks of daily service, stays cool to the touch, and will not absorb food odours or stains. The smooth surface cleans quickly under a tap or in a dishwasher, so the tray is back in circulation within minutes.

The tray's shallow sides keep food visible and accessible while preventing spills during transport. Operators load plates, bowls or plated portions directly onto the tray, stack multiple trays for bulk transport, then unstack at the service point. Because the material is non-porous, food residue does not cling, reducing the need for scrubbing between uses.

Construction is a single moulded sheet of food-safe polyester. The edges are rounded for safe handling, and the base is flat to sit securely on counters, trolleys or shelves. No metal parts or sharp corners are present, so the tray can be stacked high without damaging other trays or the food they carry.

The 530 mm by 325 mm footprint fits standard canteen trolleys and pass-through hatches, allowing seamless integration into existing service workflows. Its light weight reduces operator fatigue during repeated lifting and carrying.

Cleaning is straightforward: rinse under hot water, wipe with a cloth or sponge, and air-dry. For heavier soiling, the tray can be run through a commercial dishwasher without warping or losing its shape.
