A polypropylene tray that replaces individual plates by holding five separate compartments for a complete plated meal. The tray keeps each portion distinct, so main courses, sides, desserts and cutlery remain organised from kitchen to table.

The tray is moulded in one piece, so there is no assembly and no joints where food or liquid can collect. Polypropylene is chosen for its balance of rigidity and lightness; it withstands repeated thermal cycles without warping or cracking. The material also resists oils, acids and detergents, so the tray can be cleaned in commercial dishwashers without losing its shape or surface finish.

Two large compartments flank the tray for main dishes, while two smaller ones hold desserts, fruit or bread. A central rectangular recess is sized for standard cutlery, and notches along the edges of the food compartments let the cutlery rest without sliding into the food. Side grips are moulded into the tray, giving a secure hold even when the tray is loaded. An empty tray can be inverted and placed over a loaded one to shield the meal during transport or waiting periods.

The tray's footprint of 370 by 334 millimetres fits standard serving trolleys and countertop spaces in professional kitchens. Its height of 43 millimetres keeps the profile low enough to stack several trays without wasting vertical space. The temperature range of -40 to +95 degrees Celsius allows the tray to be used straight from freezer to oven or chilled display without risk of deformation.

Cleaning follows from the smooth, non-porous surface: food residue rinses off under running water, and the tray can be loaded directly into a commercial dishwasher. The absence of corners or crevices means no manual scrubbing is required. Regular washing with standard kitchen detergents maintains the tray's appearance and hygiene without special treatments.
