Tray ARAVEN AR21050

A single tray replaces individual plates by organising a complete meal into five separate compartments. Two large sections hold main courses, two smaller ones keep desserts, fruit, bread or rolls, and a central rectangular slot secures cutlery. Notches inside the food sections let the operator rest cutlery across the tray while serving, preventing utensils from sliding into the food.

The tray is moulded in one piece from polypropylene, a material that remains stable across a wide temperature range. It can be chilled, frozen, reheated or washed without warping or cracking, so the same tray travels from cold storage to hot service and back to the wash cycle without damage.

Side grips are integrated into the moulding, giving a secure hold even when the tray is loaded. An empty tray can be inverted and placed over a loaded one to shield the food during transport, eliminating the need for separate lids.

Each compartment is sized to standard catering portions, so the tray fits neatly into meal-preparation workflows. The overall footprint of 370 by 334 millimetres matches standard worktop and trolley clearances, while the 43 millimetre height keeps the centre of gravity low for stability when carried.

The tray is dishwasher-safe and can be sanitised in hot water up to +95 °C. Polypropylene resists staining and odour absorption, so repeated use and washing do not discolour the red finish or leave lingering food smells.
