A five-compartment food tray organises meals without plates, holding main dishes, sides, desserts and cutlery in separate spaces. The tray rests on a worktop or is carried by side grips, keeping each portion distinct and stable during transport. When meals are prepared ahead, an inverted empty tray covers the loaded one, shielding food from dust and spills until service.

The tray's compartments are sized for typical catering portions: two large sections for mains, two smaller ones for desserts, fruit or bread, and a central rectangular slot for cutlery. Notches in the food compartments hold cutlery in place, preventing utensils from sliding into adjacent food. Side grips are moulded into the tray, allowing a secure hold even when hands are wet or gloves are worn.

Made from white polycarbonate, the tray withstands temperatures from -40 °C to +99 °C, making it safe for chilled storage, hot holding and dishwasher cycles. The material is lightweight yet rigid, reducing fatigue when trays are carried repeatedly. Its smooth surface resists staining and absorbs little moisture, so odours and residues do not linger after washing.

The footprint of 370 by 334 millimetres fits standard serving counters and transport trolleys, while the 43 millimetre height keeps the tray low enough to slide under covers or into cupboards without tilting. Trays nest when empty, saving space in storage and on return journeys.

Cleaning follows from the material and construction: polycarbonate tolerates hot water and detergents, and the absence of seams or crevices allows residues to be wiped or rinsed away without trapping food. After washing, trays air-dry quickly and can be stacked immediately for the next service.
