A sealed stainless-steel flask holds two litres of hot or chilled drinks at serving temperature for hours without reheating or refrigeration. The double-walled vacuum between the inner and outer vessels stops heat transfer: hot liquids stay hot, cold liquids stay cold. No element, no refrigerant and no power are needed; the vacuum barrier alone maintains the temperature set at filling.

To use, fill the flask with the prepared drink, seal the lid tightly and carry it to the service point. The lid doubles as a serving cup when unscrewed, so no separate measure is required. When the shift ends, the entire flask fits in a commercial dishwasher for cleaning.

The flask is built from stainless steel throughout, inside and out, giving a smooth, non-reactive surface that does not taint drinks or absorb flavours. The single-piece construction has no seams or welds that could trap residue, and the dishwasher-safe rating means the flask can be cleaned on the same cycle as other catering utensils.

The 285 mm height fits under most worktop cupboards and on standard shelving, while the two-litre capacity supplies enough drink for a full service without refilling. The weight of the filled flask is carried by hand, so it is moved quickly between kitchen and service areas without needing a trolley or stand.
