A steam nozzle distributes pressurised steam from the boiler through small holes to create a whirlpool in milk. The four-hole design splits the steam into finer jets, increasing the surface area that contacts the milk. This speeds up heating and produces a denser, silkier microfoam without large bubbles, essential for latte art and consistent cappuccinos.
The operator attaches the nozzle to the steam wand by screwing the M10x1 thread into the matching port. Once the machine reaches operating pressure, the steam valve is opened. The nozzle is lowered into the milk pitcher, just below the surface, and the steam flow is adjusted to maintain a gentle whirlpool. After frothing, the wand is purged to clear any milk residue before the next use.
Constructed from a single piece of metal, the nozzle has no moving parts and requires only the threaded connection to secure it. The four holes are precisely drilled to balance steam distribution, preventing uneven frothing or splashing.
This spare part fits a range of professional espresso machines, including models from Expobar (ELEN, G10, MARKUS, MARKUS SILVER, MEGACREM, MONROC, NEW ELEGANCE), Fiorenzato C.S. (BRICOLETTA, COLOMBINA, DUCALE, FENICE, LIDO, MURANO, PIAZZA SAN MARCO, RIALTO), Grimac (G11) and Scala (BUTTERFLY, CARMEN, EROICA, IRIS, NORMA, TOSCA).
Located in the coffee machine spare parts section, this steam nozzle replaces worn or damaged originals to restore consistent steam performance.
