A stainless-steel work table provides a hygienic, non-porous surface that resists corrosion and stands up to daily cleaning with hot water and sanitising agents. The flat rim around the worktop contains spills and keeps utensils from sliding off, while the overhanging section creates extra space for temporary storage or plating without crowding the main work area.

The operator positions the table where needed, unfolds the legs and secures them with screws. A shelf beneath the worktop holds ingredients, tools or small equipment within arm's reach. The left-hand sink is filled with water for washing vegetables, rinsing hands or soaking utensils; the Ø33 mm tap hole accepts a standard mixer tap for instant hot and cold supply. A laminated plate bonded to the underside of the worktop reinforces the steel, preventing sag under the weight of heavy pots or bulk ingredients.

The 1000 mm length gives room for multiple tasks side by side, while the 700 mm depth keeps everything within comfortable reach. A height of 900 mm matches standard worktop levels in professional kitchens, allowing staff to work without bending. The 40×40 mm profile legs bolt together for quick assembly and disassembly, making the table easy to move through doorways or store when not in use.

All surfaces are pressed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which does not absorb odours or harbour bacteria. The flat rim rises 40 mm above the worktop, stopping liquids from dripping onto the floor. The sink measures 500 × 500 × 250 mm, deep enough for soaking large trays or washing bulky items. A 310 mm overhang at the front provides additional workspace without increasing the table's footprint.

The table is supplied with a shelf and a left-hand sink; legs are connected with screws for straightforward transport and assembly.
