A frying pan transfers heat from the hob directly to the food through its base and sides. To use the pan, place it on any type of hob—gas, electric, ceramic or induction—and turn the heat to the desired setting. The aluminium base responds rapidly, so the temperature adjusts within seconds. Add a small amount of oil or fat if needed, then lay the food in the pan. The 280 mm diameter gives enough room for multiple portions without crowding, while the 58 mm side height prevents splashing. When cooking is complete, lift the pan by its steel handle and slide the food onto a plate or tray. The handle stays cool enough to touch because it is epoxy-coated and does not conduct heat from the base.

The pan is made from aluminium with a non-stick surface applied to the interior. The exterior remains bare aluminium, which keeps the weight low. The handle is steel, epoxy-coated for grip and durability, and has a hanging hole for storage. The base is flat and compatible with all standard hobs, including induction.

The 280 mm diameter allows the pan to cover a single burner fully, concentrating heat where it is needed. The 58 mm height is shallow enough to flip or stir food easily, yet deep enough to contain liquids and sauces.
