A deep pot sink built for professional kitchens, where large pans and stockpots are washed by the dozen. The single compartment holds enough water to submerge the tallest vessels, while the flat rim keeps sponges and brushes within reach. Stainless steel conducts heat away from the water, so the sink stays cool to the touch even when filled with boiling rinse water. The same metal resists corrosion from detergents and food acids, and its smooth surface sheds grease and scale without trapping bacteria.

The operator loads the compartment with soiled pots, fills it from the tap, and adds cleaning agent. A brush or scrub pad works around the curved base and up the straight sides. After soaking, the water drains through the waste outlet, leaving the pots ready for a final rinse under the tap. The 300 mm depth means that even the deepest stockpot can be fully immersed without tilting, while the 800 mm width allows two large pans to sit side by side for simultaneous scrubbing.

The sink is fabricated from corrosion-resistant stainless steel sheet, folded and welded into a seamless compartment. The flat rim, 40 mm high, runs around the perimeter and provides a stable ledge for resting utensils. A single tap hole, 33 mm in diameter, is positioned at the rear of the rim to accept a mixer tap. The legs are bolted to the underside and formed from 40 × 40 mm square steel profiles, giving a rigid frame that does not twist under load.

An 800 × 700 mm footprint fits standard worktop runs and leaves room for a prep area on either side. The 850 mm overall height places the rim at a comfortable working level for standing staff. The stainless steel surface is wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each shift, and the waste outlet is brushed weekly to prevent scale build-up. The bolted legs can be removed for transport or storage, and the flat-pack form allows the sink to pass through narrow doorways.
