A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils, drawing heat from the interior and expelling it outside. The cooled air settles along the base and rises through vents, creating an even curtain of cold that surrounds the displayed items. This method prevents warm air from entering when the doors open, preserving the set temperature range without overworking the system.

The VARNA 210/80 DUZ is loaded from the front. The operator sets the desired temperature between +4 and +10 °C on the control panel, then arranges products on the five adjustable shelves. LED lighting along the top and vertical sides illuminates the display, while night blinds can be drawn to reduce energy use during closing hours. Four hinged double-glazed doors allow easy access for restocking or customer selection, and the mirrored interior reflects light to enhance visibility.
