Confectionery showcase BELLISSIMA 2000 mm
+6 / +12°C
A refrigerated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady cool temperature while displaying them under bright, even light. The unit circulates chilled air behind the scenes, drawing heat away from the food and holding it between +6 and +12 °C. This slows spoilage and keeps textures crisp, colours vivid and flavours intact without freezing the product. To use the showcase, the operator slides open the double-glazed rear doors, loads the non-adjustable glass shelves with trays or platters, then closes the doors. The forced-cooling system starts automatically, pulling warm air through an evaporator coil cooled by R290 refrigerant. The chilled air is then blown across the shelves, maintaining the set temperature. LED lighting illuminates the contents from above and below, casting a soft glow that highlights the food without generating extra heat. The body is built from powder-coated steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the wooden casing adds a touch of warmth to the design. Single front and side glasses give an unobstructed view from all angles, and the highlighted bottom front draws the eye to the lower shelves. The showcase is finished in golden, silver or black to match different kitchen aesthetics. At 1990 mm wide, 892 mm deep and 1490 mm high, the unit occupies a substantial footprint on the worktop or floor, making it a focal point in any bakery or café. The 320 kg weight means it must be positioned permanently or moved with a pallet truck. The +6 to +12 °C temperature range is tailored for chilled confectionery, keeping items fresh without freezing them. Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the powder-coated steel and wooden casing can be dusted or polished as needed. The LED strips tucked behind the wooden casing bathe every shelf in a soft glow that makes chocolate truffles and marzipan fruits look freshly glazed. The forced-cooling system should be checked periodically to ensure airflow remains unobstructed. Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled display, hot (GR) for keeping items warm, and neutral (NE) for ambient storage. The refrigerated model is the one described here.
