A confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates or hot desserts at precise temperatures while presenting them through clear glass. The Bellissima CH 1300 mm uses forced cooling to circulate chilled air evenly around the display cavity, preventing warm spots and condensation on the glass. In the hot version, a concealed heating element maintains a steady warmth without drying the product, while the neutral version simply protects items from room air without altering their temperature.

The operator loads the shelves from the rear through sliding double-glass doors, then arranges the items on the illuminated non-adjustable glass shelves. LED lighting inside the cavity highlights the colours and textures of the confectionery, drawing attention without generating heat that could spoil the display. The bottom front edge is also lit, creating a floating effect for the entire unit.

Single front and side glasses give an unobstructed view from multiple angles, while the sliding rear doors allow quick restocking without disturbing the front display. Three finishes—golden, silver or black—let the showcase match the kitchen's decor.

The temperature range of +6 to +12 °C in the refrigerated version keeps cream-based desserts and chocolates firm without freezing them. The 260 kg weight ensures stability on the floor, while the 1340 mm width fits standard worktop runs and allows multiple units to be joined side by side. Forced cooling maintains the set temperature even when the doors are opened frequently during service.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, while the powder-coated steel exterior can be cleaned with mild detergent. The wooden casing requires occasional polishing to maintain its finish. The LED lighting does not need replacement bulbs, reducing maintenance.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled desserts, hot (GR) for items like profiteroles or baked Alaska, and neutral (NE) for ambient-temperature displays. The refrigerant R290 is used in the refrigerated model for efficient cooling with lower environmental impact.
