To use the JUKA Showcase SMART 1200 mm, position the cabinet on a level floor near a power outlet. Adjust the shelves to the required heights, load the food items, and switch on the power. The internal LED lighting activates automatically, illuminating the contents from above and along the sides. Set the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C using the control panel. The unit will maintain the chosen temperature, and any moisture that condenses inside evaporates automatically without manual drainage.

The cabinet is constructed with powder-coated steel sides and a grey bumper for impact resistance. Two rows of adjustable shelves, made of tempered glass, support the food while allowing full visibility. Wheels fitted to the base enable the unit to be moved for cleaning or repositioning within the kitchen or front-of-house area.
