A round tray designed for secure transport of plates, glasses and serving ware across busy kitchens and service areas. The flat, circular surface provides an organised space where items can be grouped without sliding, reducing spills and breakage during movement.

The tray's anti-slip coating creates friction between the surface and the items placed on it. This friction counteracts the forces of acceleration and deceleration as the operator carries the tray, allowing steady one-handed or two-handed transport even when the tray is fully loaded. The coating also dampens vibration, so liquids in open containers remain level.

Use begins by arranging plates, cutlery or serving dishes on the tray. The operator then lifts the tray by its edges, using the diameter to balance the load. Once in motion, the anti-slip surface keeps items in place until the tray is set down at the destination. After use, the tray is returned to the stack or storage rack.

Construction is a laminated base with the anti-slip layer bonded to the top face. The material is chosen for rigidity at the 330 mm diameter, preventing sag under typical loads. Edges are rolled for safety and durability.

The 330 mm diameter provides a footprint that fits standard worktops, cupboards and pass-through hatches in professional kitchens. It also matches the width of many serving stations, allowing the tray to be slid directly onto counters without repositioning.

Cleaning follows from the smooth, non-porous surface. Spills wipe away with a damp cloth; deeper cleaning uses mild detergent and warm water. The anti-slip coating is designed to retain its texture after repeated washing, so the friction properties remain consistent over time.
