An oval stainless steel tray carries plated dishes from the pass to the dining room without spillage or tipping. The continuous rim keeps plates and bowls from sliding, while the shallow profile lets staff carry the tray one-handed above shoulder height when the route is crowded.

The tray rests on the worktop while plates are loaded. Once the load is balanced, the operator grips the rim with thumb and fingers, lifts the tray clear and walks to the table. The oval shape allows the tray to be turned in tight corridors without striking door frames or other staff.

Construction is a single sheet of stainless steel, pressed to form the rim and the flat base. The 3 mm rim adds stiffness without adding noticeable weight. The tray is not fitted with handles, feet or a non-slip surface; it is designed to slide on worktops and to be carried by the rim alone.

The overall dimensions are 599 mm long and 413 mm wide. The minimal order quantity is six pieces.

Cleaning is by hand or machine: wipe or rinse after each use, then wash in a commercial dishwasher with detergent. Stainless steel resists corrosion and staining, so the tray retains its appearance through repeated cycles.
