An oval serving tray moves food from kitchen to table without spills or crowding. The shape lets plates and bowls sit side by side along the curve, leaving the centre clear for serving utensils or garnishes. A raised rim keeps items from sliding off during transport, while the smooth stainless steel surface reflects heat evenly and resists staining.

The operator loads the tray with plated dishes, arranged so that the weight balances across the oval. A steady grip on the rim or a tray jack underneath carries the load to the dining area. Once at the table, the rim acts as a guide for unloading, preventing accidental contact between food and the server's hands.

The tray is made from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, ease of cleaning and long service life in a busy kitchen. The 3 mm rim adds stiffness without adding significant weight, so the tray remains easy to handle when fully loaded.

The 392 mm length and 262 mm width create a footprint that fits standard worktops and pass-through hatches, while the shallow depth keeps the centre of gravity low for stability.
