A rinse jet assembly delivers the final hot-water rinse that removes detergent residue and sanitises crockery, glassware and utensils in professional dishwashers. The jet is positioned inside the wash chamber, above the rack, and sprays a high-velocity curtain of water across every item as it passes beneath. This mechanical action flushes away any remaining particles and detergent film, while the elevated temperature of the rinse water ensures rapid drying and a hygienic finish. Without a properly functioning rinse jet, items emerge with streaks, spots or a cloudy film, and drying times lengthen.
To use the assembly, the operator first ensures the dishwasher is powered off and the water supply isolated. The old jet is removed by unscrewing its retaining nut or releasing the clip that secures it to the rinse arm or manifold. The new LF rinse jet complete is then fitted in the same location, aligned so the spray pattern covers the full width of the rack. Once secured, the water supply is restored and a test cycle run to confirm even coverage and correct water pressure.
The assembly is designed as a direct replacement for the original part and fits the specified models without modification. It connects to the existing rinse arm or manifold via the standard thread or clip system used in the compatible dishwashers.
Compatibility covers a wide range of professional dishwashers, including under-counter, hood-type and glasswashers from ANGELO PO, GIGA, IME OMNIWASH, SILANOS and WHIRLPOOL-INDESIT. The exact models are listed in the catalogue under dishwasher spare parts.
