To operate, load ingredients onto the three included shelves, close the door and set the desired temperature on the electronic controller. The total volume of 78 litres provides ample space for daily mise en place, while the gross volume of 130 litres accounts for the internal fittings and air circulation pathways.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves lift out for washing, and the smooth stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth. The silent refrigeration unit ensures the appliance does not add to kitchen noise levels, maintaining a comfortable working environment.
