A three-door display refrigerator keeps chilled goods visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. Cool air is drawn across an evaporator coil, circulated by fans throughout the cabinet, and distributed evenly across every shelf. This ventilated cooling system prevents warm spots and ensures consistent temperatures from top to bottom, so products at the front and back chill at the same rate. The refrigeration cycle runs on a hydrocarbon refrigerant that absorbs heat from the interior and releases it outside, balancing energy use with cooling performance.

The operator loads the shelves with bottles, cartons or packaged items, then sets the desired temperature on the external digital panel. Once the unit reaches the set point, the fans maintain airflow and the compressor cycles on and off to hold the range between 0 °C and 10 °C. Two vertical LED strips illuminate the contents, casting light from top to bottom so every shelf is clearly visible. The doors close automatically after each opening, reducing cold loss and keeping the interior stable. Locks on each door secure the contents overnight or during unsupervised periods.

The cabinet is constructed from coated steel panels in black, with three full-height hinged doors. Fifteen wire shelves adjust in height to accommodate different product sizes, and eight heavy-duty wheels allow the unit to be repositioned without lifting. An external digital display shows the current temperature, and an optional illuminated advertising panel can be fitted above the doors for branding or promotional messages.

A 1152 litre volume provides ample space for high-turnover items such as drinks, dairy or ready meals. The 4.1 kWh daily energy consumption reflects the load of cooling that volume and maintaining it against ambient heat. A 230 V single-phase supply plugs into a standard commercial socket, and the 212 kg weight requires a level floor capable of supporting the load. The 1710 mm width, 720 mm depth and 2065 mm height determine the floor space and vertical clearance needed in the sales area.

Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The evaporator coil and condenser should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust that would otherwise reduce cooling efficiency. The LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting, and the self-closing doors need no adjustment once installed.
