This commercial display refrigerator uses a ventilated cooling system to distribute chilled air evenly, maintaining a consistent temperature between 0 and 10 °C. Air is drawn in, cooled by the refrigerant, then circulated through a concealed duct behind the back panel, emerging via a fine grille above each shelf. This method ensures steady cooling without disturbing lightweight packaging or drying out unwrapped items.

Two full-height sliding glass doors provide easy access to products, fitted with a soft-close mechanism to prevent slamming in busy environments. Inside, eight adjustable wire shelves can be repositioned on vertical runners to accommodate items of varying heights. The shelves allow air to circulate freely, ensuring uniform cooling across all products.

Vertical LED lighting runs along each side of the cabinet, illuminating shelves evenly without creating shadows or heat. The lights are positioned behind the glass doors, keeping the refrigerated space cool. A digital controller on the top frame allows staff to set and monitor the temperature without opening the doors.

The cabinet features a welded steel frame with black powder-coated panels, offering a durable, fingerprint-resistant finish. The refrigerant circuit uses R290a, a low-impact hydrocarbon that operates efficiently within the 0–10 °C range. The unit consumes 3.3 kWh per 24 hours and connects to a standard 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply. Weighing 145 kg, it remains stable on a level floor but can be moved with a pallet truck or sack barrow by two people.

Maintenance involves wiping the glass doors with a damp cloth, removing shelves for washing, and vacuuming the grille behind the back panel to ensure clear airflow. The LED lights require only occasional dusting, and the sealed refrigerant circuit needs no topping up.
